POLYTECHNIC OR JUNIOR COLLEGE ????!!!!!

i am super fickle-minded and i have been stressing over this problem eversince i got my results .

L1R4 = 15
L1r5 = 18

to get into a JC , i should get less than 20 points for my L1R5 . so that clearly means i'm eligible for Junior College . obviously i would not enter those smart-ass JCs like Victoria jc or Temasek jc . why ? because i am too stupid for that school . haha ! i would probably enter Innova JC or Serangoon JC or Yishun JC instead. Eh ! still JC okay !

i mean , well , of course JC would be a better choice than Polytechnic . i would be able to do my 'A' Levels , and if i did well , insya'allah i could get into a Local University .

but i'm facing one really major problem over here .

WHAT IF I WERE TO FAIL MY 'A' LEVELS AND CAN'T GET INTO A LOCAL UNIVERSITY ?? MY TWO YEARS IN JC WOULD BE A TOTAL WASTE ! and that's it , my future would be doomed ! (okay i know im over-reacting again)

in the other hand , if i were to go to a polytechnic , i could get into good Business courses like
1. business/logistics & operation management/marketing course
2. leisure and resort
3. business management

BUT HOW FAR CAN I GO WITH JUST A DIPLOMA ?
i mean , who the hell would look at a diploma holder now ? even degree holders are having difficulties finding a job ...

i know it's possible to get into a University after Polytechnic . but only the top 5% poly students would make it through for Uni and i'm super confident that i would not be in THAT category who would succeed to go to University from Poly . so that means i would only be stucked with a diploma if i were to go to Polytechnic because i don't wanna go to university overseas .

I SERIOUSLY DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO NOW !!!!!
REALLY ! I NEED HELP .

i told my mum that i would be risking EVERYTHING if i were to go to a JC . what if i'm not able to cope with the stress level ? what if i lose interest halfway ?

she easily said "don't worry . just get into a JC . if you can't cope , just quit and enter poly the next year . don't worry . you don't have to serve NS so you have alot of time to spare"

so how ?? oh and plus , a degree holder would have higher pay than a diploma holder . heh heh heh .
