My smashing 18th birthday

Hi, I'm eighteen.
HAHAHAHAHA

I HAVE NO IDEA HOW TO START MY STORY-TELLING.
But here goes.

So obviously I didn't want to lay on my bed when the clock strikes twelve. Megat knew me so well so he suggested to watch a midnight movie together. Meeting place was Cathay Cineleisure so I took the last bus there. I was still in the bus when it was 11.45pm and I was super scared I wouldn't get to reach on time because I OBVIOUSLY DIDN'T WANT TO CELEBRATE MY BIRTHDAY IN THE BUS, ALONE. Kept looking at my watch and cursing the stupid driver for driving so slow. The traffic light was being a bitch too cause it was red light almost EVERYWHERE.

BUT, thank God I reached my stop at around 11.57pm. Megat was already waiting for me at the bus stop. Ran to him and he welcomed me with open arms. Hugged exactly when the clock strikes 12midnight. YAY!

He bought two tickets to The Perfect Getaway. Movie starts at 2am so we had a WHOLE lot of time to spare. Walked around town aimlessly and I've never felt so free - in a way or another.

First and foremost, smoked outside cineleisure hoping that a police would screen me but that didn't happen :(

Megat then suggested to head over to Hard Rock Cafe since I've never been there before! So walked ALLLL the way to forum and took pictures almost everywhere along the way. We were shouting and singing out loud while walking and acting like fools but it was definately fun. How often could we do that in TOWN? haha. Town's really deadly and creepy at night with no one around.

Reached Hard Rock and I was SUPER sad because the cafe closed 5 minutes before we reached. Sucky much huh? Definitely. I was sulking so badly. VERY SAD OKAY. How could they do this on my birthdayyyyy =(

Bought Caramel frappe over at Starbucks to cheer myself up. Walked back ALLLL the way to Cineleisure cause our movie was starting soon.

THE PERFECT GETAWAY IS A PERFECT MOVIEEE YOU GUYS SHOULD CATCH IT CAUSE IT'S AWESOMEEEEEE.

Megat's prediction of the movie sucks though. I got my predictions right. Haha see baby, next time listen to me k.

I think it was already 4am when the movie ended.
Walked around and pictures again!

Being a sweet boyfriend like he has always been, he bought me to places I've never been before. He brought me to...........................

AN EXPRESSWAY.

Yes, expressway. HAHA. We sat on this bridge thingy above the expressway actually. So the expressway is under us. IT.WAS.SCARYYYYYY.

I was scared that I'd fall or something. But honestly, it's one of the most awesomest places you should go before you die. I don't know why but I cried when I was there. It was tears of joy. Honestly, it was the perfect ambiance and I've never felt so happy in a very long time. I'm glad that Megat's there with me on my special day. Love you baby!

A CARPARK.

Yup, carpark. Weird, huh? Went to the highest floor of the carpark (it was really very empty and cold and nice) and we lied down beside each other and watch the clouds above us. Another place you should go before you die also. Serious. Very nice and relaxing and peaceful.

Talked about everything and before we knew it, it was almost 6am and we hafta catch the first bus home. Walked back to Dhoby Ghaut and he send me home :)

Oh and yeah, too bad my camera died on me.

Reached home around 7am and I slept ALLLLLL the way till around 4pm.
Was super super shagged!

So Megat called and he said he'd pick me up under my block around 6pm. YAY!
He claimed that he wanted to go to Hard Rock Cafe to let me taste their awesome Muddy Mud Pie.

On the way there, he started telling me how my friends didn't wanna meet me on my birthday cause they were busy with their own stuffs. HONESTLY I BELIEVED EVERY WORD HE SAID. I was super sad cause I seriously felt insignificant to them. And then megat said stuffs like "Nevermind, at least you have me on your birthday right?" I just nodded my head and I almost wanted to cry. Tskkkkkkkkkkk

Walked to Hard Rock and megat wanted to walk from the back instead of the normal. Still, i was too numb to notice anything. Reached Hard Rock and we found 2 seats. Megat asked me to look at the menu while he goes to the "toilet". STILL, I didn't notice anything fishy (How stupid was I)

HE TOOK SO LONG IN THE TOILET -- that was what i thought though.

He came back and acted normal. In less than 5 minutes later....

ALL MY FRIENDS CAME AND SUPRISE ME FROM BEHIND!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I almost wanted to cry. Or did I?
Haha i think i did, but it wasn't obvious though cause I was too busy hugging everyone and constantly saying THANKS. I was very very happy cause i seriously thought they didn't want to meet me on my birthday!

Best thing was, NONE OF THEM CALLED ME ON MY BIRTHDAY!

Megat told them to make me feel really sad and unwanted. WAH PIANG EH YOU REALLY AH MAKE ME FEEL REALLY SAD YOU KNOW.

Had dinner (Their NZ sirloin steak medium rare with mashed potatoes is sooooo nice!) and then headed out and gathered somewhere outside HardRock. They bought for me a chocolate cake! My 2nd cake for my 18th birthday hehe. Thanks guys and girls!

They sang for me a birthday song and I was so shy I didn't know what to do that I just smiled! Really widely, that is. I love you guys sooooooooooooooo much!

Little did I know, everyone started throwing portion of the cakes onto each other faces. And of course, I was the first one who got my face smeared with the cake. Like practically every inch of my face was covered with chocolate.

EVERY INCH!

Hahaha but I had alot of fun though! I was happy because my friends are happy. The smile on their faces and the loud laughters from everyone. They make me feel complete. Their efforts of suprising me on my birthday. The hugs and the kisses! How can I not love them?
