Valentines day

My valentines' day this year was the best that I've ever had. It was a simple celebration though since there's nothing much that we could do considering that 99.9% of the shops was closed. Damn annoying please! I was craving for bubble tea and it doesn't help an inch when most of the shops that sells bubble tea hires china workers. FML.

Anyhoos, the day started off with me picking Megat up under his block. It has been ages since I last picked him up. We were planning of going to Compasspoint since one of the bakery there allows us to decorate an already made cake with colorful icings! But we skipped that idea at the very last minute and headed straight to East Coast Park for our picnic & kite flying session.

I was really touched by his mum's super sweet gesture! Megat and his family was having their own home-made-seoul-garden lunch thingy in the afternoon before I met him, and since Megat told his mum that he's going picnic with me, she cooked for me prawns and beef and scallops etc etc. She even packed for me soto ayam please! She makes the best soto ayam, I swear it was delicious! Thanks auntie, although i know that you wouldn't be reading this.

Back to what I was saying -- Bought 2 kites once we reached. I was super excited cause it was my first time kite flying after about 12 years -- or somewhere around that duration. We bought bubbles too!

Found a spot, laid the newspapers down (since Megat's mat was oily due to the beef, prawns etc), and I was the first one to attack the food.

Honestly and to be brutally honest, Megat seriously suck in kite flying! His kite couldn't even go up a storey high! So much for wanting to challenge me, huh? Haha! My kite, in the other hand, *ehem* flew beautifully high up in the sky *flutters eyelashes*

Ok kidding.

Not really THAT high, but QUITE high though and -- Obviously higher than Megat's *grins

And okayla,
to be honest right -- I was actually running around ECP like a retard trying to make my kite fly for the first hour. But it just wouldn't go up high I DON'T UNDERSTAND WHY IT IS SO FRUSTRATING I SWEAR !!

Anyway, I bet you guys have heard/played the game called 'spot the difference' right?
Now come let's play spot the idiot -- and the kite .

that's the best i can do. The man beside me was also flying a kite.. his kite was sooo up high it exceed the picture frame.
