Breaking free

Life isn't dull all year round, so I guess rather than expecting something extraordinary to happen anytime soon, I should just be thankful with whatever that I have now.
Just recently, I went out with Aisyah over to town for some girly day out. It's been eons since I wore wedges or heels. I used to wear them out everyday but I started ditching the heels and wedges eversince I got into poly. Slippers are my current favorite footwear. I'm in slippers every schooling day!
So met Aisyah at Somerset after she met Dino. Hanged around town.

Aisyah and myself made our way over to Tampines to meet Iqah and Lubna. There was some funfair at the open space beside the MRT there. We paid 6 bucks each for the bumper car! At first I thought it was sorta over-priced but once we were on our own bumper cars, we couldnt stop shouting and laughing our ass off! I really had so much fun, it's been eons since I've been THAT happy and care-free. Good ol' times. After the whole bumping session, I was somehow convinced that it was worth every penny!
Update me on any funfair that has bumper cars okay ! I'll be sooo up for it !
I somehow realize that simple things like these are what makes me happy. Things like playing bumper cars with your girlfriends, shouting while bumping into each other. Like going to borders and reading fashion magazine with your best friends and start criticizing people on the magazine. Or just a simple sleepover and a movie marathon. Or head over to Cold Storage and get something to cook.
We tend to get so intense running after happiness at times that we don't realize simple things like these are the primary solution for us to actually draw a smile on each other faces.
